Join the Irreverends for Wilderness Restored – with Caramel Sauce! Hear Gini struggle to pronounce an important Biblical site correctly.  Mount Car-MELis a beautiful coastal mountain range in Northern Israel and was an important barrier to invaders in Bible times. Mount CAR-a-mel, is something else entirely. And though, as Tim observed, Mt. Caramel would make a fabulous location on a Candyland board, it is probably just found in a freezer near you. Notwithstanding Gini’s struggle with pronouncing Isaiah’s text, Tim and Gini find meaning – and challenge – for our own time in these ancient texts.
